Book Guild staff were in attendance at the launch of Michael Simmons new book, The Lawyer Who Couldn't Sit Still, at a legal practice in central London last week.   In this absorbing and succinctly written biography, Michael Simmons takes us on a journey through his long and colourful legal career, spanning some 50 years and almost as many countries.  Michael read from the book and entertained the large crowd of colleagues, family and friends.

Michael has also held a successful event at one of the oldest and best-known bookshops in London.  Daunts were delighted to host his second book launch, which resulted a bustling crowd and healthy sales on the night.
